While 4D embroidery has replaced 3D studio and 3D professional embroidery software programs, we still provide technical support for 3D users. Machine and Software Updates: It's important to keep you machines and embroidery software updated. You can do this yourself by going to www.husqvarnaviking.com and follow their directions. To determine if your machine is current, watch the lower right-hand corner of the screen when your machine is first turned on. (SE owners should click on the "I" menu and then "My Information.")
